Dr. Bahman Kheradmand Boroujeni

Biography :

Bahman K. Boroujeni received the B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Sharif University of Technology, Tehran, Iran in 2003. He obtained the M.Sc. in Electronics from University of Tehran, Iran in 2006. He received Ph.D. degree in microsystems and microelectronics from Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, EPFL, Lausanne, Switzerland in 2011. He did research on the design of digital CMOS circuits in the division Integrated and Wireless Systems of the Swiss Center for Electronics and Microtechnology, CSEM SA, from 2007 to 2011. He joined the Technische University Dresden, Dresden, Germany in 2012, and is currently a scientist at the Chair for Circuit Design and Network Theory, a habilitation candidate at the Institute of Principles of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, and a member of the Center for Advancing Electronics Dresden, cfaed. He has more than 40 journal and conference publications in Nature, IEEE, Wiley, etc.

Research Interest :

Organic electronics, flexible electronics, thin-film devices, measurement techniques, analog circuit design, digital CMOS circuits.
