Dr. Tannaz Ghaffarzadegan is a Post-doctoral researcher at the Department of Food Technology, Engineering and Nutrition, Lund University, Sweden. Dr. Ghaffarzadegan received her PhD in Applied Nutrition from Lund University in 2018. She gained a Master degree in Food Technology and Nutrition from the same university in 2010. Dr. Ghaffarzadegan has about 10 years research experiences on bile acidâ€™s analysis, extraction and metabolism pathways and her doctoral thesis was about regulation of bile acids by prebiotic food components. She has research experiences on developing analytical methodologies using different extraction methods following by gas or liquid chromatography. She has published many articles in international journals and contributed as a reviewer of scientific papers for several international journals.
