Biography :

I received a bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Technology from Islamic Azad University of Esfahan and a master’s degree in Food Science and Technology from Islamic Azad University in Shahrekord, Iran. At the moment, I am a Ph.D. student at the Tarbiat Modares University, Faculty of Food Science and Technology, Tehran, Iran. The main focus of my Ph.D. research was about enzymatic extraction of phenolic compounds and their encapsulation. My work in the field of rheological properties of food and encapsulation of bioactive compounds. I have written two books entitled" Stevia: Growth, structure, extraction, and application (I have an invention in this field)" and "New generation of pasta: technology and functionality". I have published more than 70 papers in different national and international journals and conferences and symposiums.
