All articles will be published in RAFT open access, which are freely accessible online, immediately upon publication. This is made possible by an article-processing charge (APC) that covers the range of publishing services we provide.
The article publication expenses are contributed by the authors via APC. It is not applicable for subscribed authors, and publishers will make the full text of every published article on the web and accessible for all interested readers.
In addition, authors will have full copyrights of their work under a “Creative Commons Attribution License,” which enables them to distribute, remix, adapt, and build upon the material in any medium or format provided that the original work is properly cited.
Publishing an article in RAFT requires Article Processing Charges that will be billed to the author following the acceptance of an article for publication. Apart from these Article Process Charges, there are no additional/hidden charges that will be collected from the author (submission charges, page charges, or color charges).
RAFT Publication provides a waiver of charges on the below criteria.
1. Article Processing Charges are based in any of the countries which are segregated by the World Bank as Low-income economies or Lower-middle-income economies as of July 2018, and which have a 2017 Gross National Income (GNI) of less than 200 billion US dollars.
Once an article has been accepted for publication, any Article Processing Charges are collected for an article that becomes pending from the author. In such cases, the author assumes responsibility for the Article Processing Charges, and RAFT publication will not be issued the refund of any kind.
