Ikechukwu Collins Esobi is a Nutritionist/ Food Scientist with a wealth of experience in teaching and researching. Ikechukwu hails from Nigeria where he obtained his undergraduate degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. He obtained his master’s degree in Human Sciences specializing in Human Nutrition from the prestigious Texas A&M University and is currently a PhD candidate in Food Technology at the Clemson University. Ikechukwu specializes in conducting research aimed at alleviating cardiovascular diseases with his focus on atherosclerosis.
