Researcher Leandro Levate Macedo

Graduated in Food Engineering (2016) and Master in Food Science and Technology (2018), both from the Federal University of EspÃrito Santo. He is currently a PhD student in the Graduate Program in Food Science at the Federal University of Lavras. He has experience in physical-chemical analysis of fruits, osmotic dehydration, food drying, experimental planning and mathematical modelling.
